Aeropress is a good option, the clever dripper is another good option. If you want it to be easier to get just right I'd recommend the clever, if you want to use it for travel then I'd recommend the aeropress. The Clever can use both trapezoidal filters that are readily available at any grocery store (i.e., No. 4 coffee filters) as well as any V60-03 filter. When using the same V60 cone filters on both, the Clever definitely drains faster than the Switch. The Clever is easier and more intuitive to use.

Crystal eye encurrages water to flow straight down, more so than the V60. The results are different, V60 tends to be a little brighter, more acidity. Crystal eye more balanced and smooth, bit richer. I think the difference is enough to have a preference, but it depends on the coffee which aspect you want to bring out.
